Overview
/Challenge
The main challenge in updating the Lakeville, Massachusetts website was working with a dense amount of existing content that wasn’t always organized in a consistent way. Navigation needed to be clarified so users could get to key town information faster without digging through multiple layers of pages. Another challenge was maintaining a familiar structure for residents while still improving overall usability and clarity.
/Solution
The update for the Lakeville, Massachusetts website focuses on bringing the interface up to a more modern standard with a cleaner, more intentional visual direction. The layout was reworked to feel more open and structured, using stronger visual sections and clearer content grouping to reduce the feeling of everything blending together. After the redesign, the interface feels more up-to-date and user-friendly, with a cleaner structure that makes content easier to process and gives the site a stronger, more contemporary municipal identity.
Design
The new design for the Lakeville, Massachusetts website feels more cohesive and refreshed, with a layout that supports easier scanning and interaction. Natural imagery tied to the surrounding forest environment is used throughout the interface to create a stronger sense of place and tie the visual experience back to the town’s landscape.
